What a load of horse-pooey that is. The guy obviously plays WR. I have no idea why he was ever listed as a TE. My guess is that he was so obscure at the beginning of the season, nobody even knew what position he really played. I'm glad the team in my league with that guy is finally knocked out. It's like being able to plug in TO at tight end. Ridiculous.
The dude is like 6' 4" and weighs 240 and still runs a sub 4.4...sick! I'm sure his size is the only reason for the position variance. You can be sure he won't be listed as either for next season. Sorry, I had to say something. A little birdie told me that you might have an opinion on that.
Actually, maybe the Chiefs can trade the Saints for some of their receivers. Is there another team in the league whose receivers are that stacked? They've got a crew of "no-names" that just make big plays and score touchdowns. Drew Brees looks really good, but these WRs are playing out of their shorts.
Brees is a stud. Can you believe that three years ago, he was being left for dead? He's just been amazing. Those receivers have two hellacious backs that can really make a defense focus on the running game.
But year, they all look pretty good. Unfortunately, we have the opposite problem.
And while we're on it, Matt, what's your opinion of hyphenated last names? I had a thought on this the other day, and this seems like it would be right in your wheel house.
